Trumpf 1030 Laser

In 2019 due to an increase in customer requirements for fabricated components Canada Tool implemented a new Fabricating Department. By replacing an older laser with a new Trumpf 1030 – 4-kilowatt laser in 2021 to further compliment our Ras Panel Bender, Brake Press, Shear and Spot Welder, our Fabricating Department can offer a full service of Laser Cutting, CNC Panel Bending and welding to a growing demand.

We have provided customers with custom stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, flat profiles, trays, cabinets, and rolling tables. An added advantage is our design and tool build capabilities where we can quickly produce a draw die in our Tool Room and form custom parts with no welding in our Press Room.

All of our metal machining, tooling, stamping and fabricating departments are designed to work together to offer our customers a one stop facility to meet their requirements.
